Tell us how you're paying when you call and we'll walk you through it. If your tow is part of an insurance claim after an accident, we can tow your vehicle where it needs to go and you sort the claim with your carrier. We'll give you the paperwork you need. If you're not sure what your policy covers, call us and we'll help you figure out the simplest way to get your car moved.

What should I do after a car accident?

First, get yourself and anyone with you to a safe spot and call 911 if anyone's hurt. Let the police get to the scene before the car is moved, since they may need to see it for the report. Once you're cleared, call us and we'll get your vehicle off the road safely and tow it wherever you need, your shop, your home, or ours. Do I need a flatbed, or will a regular tow truck work?

Some vehicles should always ride on a flatbed: all-wheel-drive, lowered, low-mileage, classic, or anything that isn't running. Can you get into my car if I locked my keys inside?

Yes. Lockouts are an everyday call for us. We get you back in quickly and the right way, without prying or damaging the door, on cars, trucks and vans anywhere in Toledo and Northwest Ohio. If the keys are locked in the trunk or the car won't start once you're in, the truck's already there to help.

My battery's dead. Can you jump it or do I need a new one?
